This portal is provided exclusively to our
Business clients, under contract, to allow easy management of support requests. Use this tool to enter, update, and track open tickets or review the closed tickets archive.
The ticket Summary will help identify each new request and will be in the subject line of all corresponding emails. Please be brief yet articulate when filling in this field. An example might be: Jane Doe – Computer can’t access the Internet
In the Description field, please be as specific as possible about the problem including error messages, symptoms, affected users, and any information that may help us expedite troubleshooting.
We’ve also included an optional file Attachment field for sending screenshots and other helpful files.
If your support request involves a home computer, please indicate this by changing the Residential field to Yes and including the address where the computer is located in the ticket description.
